You'll need proven customer service or sales skills. Bring us a sparkling personality and we'll train you to be an expert on at least two of our brands. We may also prepare you to handle more specific admin - such as looking after passengers' mobility or dietary needs. If you have language skills, we'll make the most of them. German speaking Consultants work closely with our Hamburg office and we handle many queries from continental Europe.
However we harness and develop your skills, we'll give you a full induction on our in-house computer systems. Ongoing tuition will ensure you'll never fail to exceed customers' expectations and we're growing so fast, there's every opportunity to progress.
